Supreme Court Stop Work for Undas 2025

The Supreme Court announced that all courts nationwide will suspend work starting noon on October 30, 2025 to allow employees to observe Undas (All Saintsโ€™ and All Soulsโ€™ Day). The suspension covers the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Sandiganbayan, Court of Tax Appeals, and all lower courts. A skeleton workforce will remain to handle urgent matters. This follows Malacaรฑangโ€™s earlier declaration of October 31 as a special non-working day, with November 1 also recognized as a holiday. The move ensures court personnel can take part in traditional Undas activities with their families
